While steel rebar adds strength to buildings, when not properly protected from the elements, the rusting steel becomes "the enemy within." The photos above depict the elamination of walls, both concrete and brick, caused by rusting rebar at West Bay Business Park. Vancrest Construction performed repair work including concrete panel replacement and concrete panel repairs, using in-house forces.
