This 1920's house needed extensive repairs which Vancrest Construction performed in 2011, as well as an addition. Services performed included:

  • Raising the building and replacing the foundation

  • Extensive reframing and residing

  • All new floors, windows, mechanical, electrical and plumbing

  • Addition to the north side
