Vancrest Construction rescued this wood-framed 1920's tower in 2012. Note the repair of the concrete lodge includes BASF anodes on the rebar. Other repairs include:

  • Wood framing replacement

  • Repairs of concrete columns

  • Exterior skin removal and replacement

  • Elastomeric coating
