Vancrest performed waterproofing tasks and repairs at the mid-rise library bldg. and Firestone building which had debilitating and dangerous water leaks into two basement levels and tunnels causing electrical issues. Through our investigation and simulated rain water testing Vancrest discovered multiple leak areas and corrected the plumbing and storm water draining issues.
