Conversion of a Seminary into a New High School Mission Hills, CA
Vancrest Construction converted the Queen of Angels Seminary into the new Bishop Alemany High School. Services included:
New tilt-up panels to support exterior elevated walkways
New poured-in-place elevation building, brigade, and circular stairway.
6 new laboratories, all new classrooms and offices
New electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
The project was completed in 8 months, which was two months ahead of schedule. The $3.4 million project was completed in 1998.
