A New Ground-Up Building


Vancrest is building a new ground-up office building for an architect we have worked with in the past. This new 3,000 square foot building houses architect’s offices and is a type V, with rentable space on the first floor. Work includes new sitework and a new parking lot. Expected completion is April, 2022.
